Terms & Conditions



We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date or time (at any time of the year). We aim to deliver within the stated working days however we cannot be held to account for delivery delays caused by either the weather or production / delivery backlogs caused by bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

No compensation will be paid for late deliveries. We will contact our delivery service suppliers should your delivery be late & try to assist in any way possible with locationg your items & getting them to you.

Special Offers

Except where a voucher has been purchased via a special purchasing platform, we reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any time. No promotions, coupons / vouchers or seasonal special offers may be combined with any other offers - only one offer at a time is allowed and only one coupon code or voucher can be used per transaction.


Where deemed needed a proof screenshot of the provided artwork will be sent via email to receive final confirmation from you that the artwork has been received correctly and is ready to print. This screenshot will be sent at the maximum size possible, however if your artwork contains small icons/fonts/images we will be unable to show these in the final proof.

All artwork files should be provided in PDF format. We can accept other file formats so please ask us if a different format is needed.

Any artwork sent over will not be proof read or test printed so please ensure all spellings & information is correct and all images are of a print quality as we will not accept responsibility for these mistakes.

If artwork is purchased you will be contacted via email to provide all needed information & will receive a proof of the created artwork for approval. All provided artwork must be proof read as this is not included in the cost. Once the artwork is approved we will not take responsibility for any errors in the design so please proof read before confirming.


Due to the nature of the products we sell we cannot accept returns. There may be certain exceptions to this so please contact us via email if this is an issue.

Damaged Products

If your items is delivered damaged please contact us via email.


Once an order has been approved & processed we cannot accept any changes so please ensure all details are correct before ordering/approving.
