As a large format digital printers we have the capabilities to print on a a large variety of materials, one of our core products is self adhesive vinyl prints. Self adhesive vinyl prints can be mounted onto a variety of substrates with relative ease.

Corex boards are just one of the substrates we mount our prints to. The most common use for printed corex boards is for to let of for sale signs. The lightweight fluted construction of the corex allows quite large boards to be erected without the need for heavy duty supports or fixings. The prints we mount to our corex boards tend to be a 6-12 month life product, so this is again ideal for for sale signs as they are not usually required to be up for over 3 months. The corex boards are also durable enough to be reused at several sites throughout their lifetime.

Corex boards are also becoming more popular with builders, plumbers, tilers, etc as they can be left behind outside a recent job to advertise that they have carried out work here, making new customers more likely to use them.

The fluted corex boards are manufactured in large sizes, so we can usually offer the best price for larger orders.

As standard our corex board prints are non-laminated prints that will eventually show wear from the element softer 6-12 months of outdoor use, if you require your corex boards to last longer we can add an over laminate to the prints before they are mounted, this protects the print surface for minor scratches, UV fade  and water damage. So the corex boards can last much longer. If you after after a more permanent sign solution then we would suggest either a mounted foam board (foamex) or a composite diabond panel sign.
