Our sign trays are made from composite diabond panels, cuts & folded into shape. The main benefit of a sign box over a flat panel sign is that a sign box can be made with a return (thickness). Having depth on a shopfront sign gives a much more premium look to a sign as well as allowing the majority of the fixing points to be hidden from view (giving a pristine sign fascia).
Thanks to custom made male & female joints we can manufacture sign trays that can be fitted together to make very large shopfront signs.
Our sign trays are available in a variety of RAL colours and can also be painted custom colours to match your company branding.
Company details can be added to box signs in a variety of ways, we can either fit vinyl text , logos or prints to the face, or we can fit flat cut letters on stand offs, or we can fit 3D letters to the face. The composite material used in the sign tray boxes is so versatile that we also use it as a base for our LED lit signs. We computer cut out the & shapes from the sign face and place LED light behind these areas.
